The Village of Brecksville (aka The Village) is a community of 57 stand-alone limited-maintenance cluster homes in the south-central part of the city, located near the northeast corner of Brecksville Rd and Snowville Rd, comprising the streets of Brookhaven Ln, Covington Ct and Village Ln.


These cluster homes were built exclusively by Petros Homes from 2017-2022.
Petros offered 8 customizable designs including ranches and colonials/cape cods with first-floor owner’s suites that range from 1,500-4,300 square feet with 2-4 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms.
Facades are similarly styled as modern farmhouse with stone accents, mixed-texture siding profiles (board and batten, horizontal, and/or shake), white window trim & fascia trim/rake board, and metal roof overhangs (aka eyebrow roofs). Each home has a covered front entryway, some with extended front porches for seating that welcomes casual chats with neighbors.
Inside, The Village of Brecksville’s cluster homes are appointed with hardwood flooring, volume ceilings, large windows, garage-entry bench/cubbies, laundry rooms with cabinets and utility tubs, private dens and/or formal dining rooms (some floorplans), and two-story/vaulted great rooms with fireplaces that open to kitchens featuring recessed lighting, granite/quartz countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar with pendant lighting, walk-in pantry and dinette area. First-floor owner’s suites include walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, and dual sinks/vanities. Second floors offer lofts. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with media rooms, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Attached front-entry garages accommodate 2 cars.
Backyards are complete with custom patios, composite decks, and/or covered or screened porches.
Homesites in this development measure 65′ wide and range from 0.18 to 0.29 acres.
Most lots abut a portion of HOA-owned common area totaling 8.47 acres (dark green area on illustrated map above). Surrounding the perimeter of the development is a mature treeline or a landscaped earth berm.

Post is delivered to mailbox kiosks.
Bordering the subdivision to the west are manufacturing or distribution businesses.
Across the street is The Woodlands of Brecksville, Ohio.
This neighborhood is served by the Brecksville–Broadview Heights City School District, which is consistently rated as one of the best school districts in the state.
