The Estates at Conifer Acres is a distinguished single-street community of 31 custom-built luxury homes with oversized wooded lots in Brecksville, Ohio. This subdivision comprises Rivercrest Dr, located off the east side of Brecksville Rd, roughly 350′ north of E Wallings Rd.


The majority of homes were built by United Homes from 2005-2014. Phase I homes measure 3,600-9,700+ square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 3.5-5.5 bathrooms. These homesites range from 0.92 to 1.66 acres, with two larger lots sized at 2.89 and 3.62 acres.
Phase II of development added a 1,100′ private drive extension and cul-de-sac with four lots (house numbers 6780-6791 Rivercrest Dr).
