Preston Village is an elegant enclave of 36 luxury homes cradled near the edge of Cuyahoga Valley National Park. This subdivision is located 0.7 miles north of Chippewa Rd, off the west side of Riverview Rd, and comprises the streets of Maidstone Dr, Preston Village Dr, Princess Ct, and Province Ln.
These estates were mainly built between 1995-2002, with the final two homes constructed in 2005 and 2013. Custom builders in this community include FCI Build, J & M Salupo Dev, Pridemark Homes, and Southpointe Builders.
Facades are tastefully and traditionally styled as mostly full brick/stone, with some homes also boasting full-brick surrounds.

In addition to its stunning residences, this subdivision is distinguished by its distinctive red-stained sidewalks. Whether they are a nod to Carl Fisher’s Miami Beach sidewalks, which were symbolic of “putting down a red carpet,” or to simply make the grass appear more vibrant as done at Disney’s Magic Kingdom, the crimson sidewalks are certainly eye-catching. Come October, the street trees burst into complementary flaming hues, making for a showstopping spectacle during Autumn walks around the neighborhood.
Custom black and gold street signs and masonry mailboxes further enhance the streetscape.
The entrance to Preston Village Drive is flanked on the left by a landscaped bed with stately stacked stone signage and a backdrop of mature trees and pines. Street trees and a decorous brick paver sidewalk continue along the length of the street, where a heavily landscaped median proudly displays the American flag.
Maidstone Dr, Princess Ct, and Province Ln all have permanent cul-de-sacs.
With only one entrance and no connection to another development, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
This neighborhood is served by the Brecksville–Broadview Heights City School District, which is consistently rated as one of the best school districts in the state.
