About Brecksville Reserve in Brecksville
Brecksville Reserve is a private single-street enclave of 11 grand estates off Highland Drive with sprawling, heavily wooded homesites. These homes were individually designed and constructed by custom-builders including Petros Homes between 1993-2000.
Homes range from 4,300-19,000 square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 4-7.5+ bathrooms.
Facades are traditionally styled as stately full brick/stone, with a few homes offering full brick surround.
Homes are exquisitely appointed with open floorplans, dramatic two-story foyers, curved or split staircases, hardwood and marble flooring, custom ceilings, abundant millwork, two-story/vaulted great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows, formal dining rooms and living rooms, butler’s pantry and/or wetbar, private dens with built-ins, mudrooms, large laundry rooms with utility tubs, and first-floor guest/in-law suites. Large granite or quartz kitchens feature an oversized island, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, top-of-the-line appliances, dinette area, and morning/hearth room. First or second-floor owner’s suites include a sitting area, fireplace, walk-in closets, dressing rooms, and spa-like baths with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with media rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars, wine cellars, and exercise rooms. Homes offer 3 to 5+ car attached side-entry garages, some of them heated.

Privacy at its finest, homes are set back from the street and obscured from view by trees.
Expansive homesites are sized from 2.81 to 4.86 acres and have thickly forested park-like yards.
Backyards are outdoor living oases with professional landscaping, stone walls, water features, fireplaces/firepits, verandas, and custom tiered patios and decks.
