The Summit is a private enclave of six custom-built luxury estates in Brecksville, Ohio, located off the north side of Old Royalton Rd, 0.2 miles east of Harris Rd. Homes are nestled around the cul-de-sac street of Summit Circle with 1+ acre lots offering wonderful woodland views and privacy.
Homes were built by Gillespie Homes and Petros Homes from 1996-2008.

The land surrounding this development is heavily wooded. Directly north of this development is a roughly 10-acre parcel of forested common land owned by the neighboring community of Chippewa Hills (yellow section on above map). The land bordering The Summit to the west and northwest is a forested area behind the High School football field (green parcel on map above).
Chippewa Creek runs just beyond the southwest end of the development, creating rolling or ravined topography. However, the community is on an upslope so flooding is extremely unlikely. View FEMA Flood Map.
The entrance to Summit Circle is designated by masonry signage. Each side of the street has large landscape beds with mature broadleafs and evergreens, which continue up the hill to the cul-de-sac, obscuring the community from the main road.
Several homes have landscaping and brick retention walls that extend to the cul-de-sac, making for a gorgeous estate entry.
Summit Circle has curbs but no sidewalks.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees are approximately $2,000 annually.
This neighborhood is served by the Brecksville–Broadview Heights City School District, which is consistently rated as one of the best school districts in the state.
