This subdivision is located 0.3 miles south of Snowville Rd off the west side of Dewey Road, and comprises the streets of Parkside Dr and Woodview Way.

This subdivision was built exclusively by Parkview Custom Homes between 2021-2023.

Homes include cape cod and colonial styles ranging from 4,100-5,500+ square feet, with 3-4 bedrooms and 3.5-5 bathrooms.
