About Deer Creek Reserve in Richfield

Deer Creek Reserve in the Village of Richfield Ohio is a community of custom-built homes by builders including Bishop Homes of Richfield, Conoly Home Builders, Dutchland Construction, and Prestige Homes. Homes were built from 1998-2007. Many have since been updated.

With finished basements, homes range from 3,900-6,600+ square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3.5-5 bathrooms. Facades are traditionally styled as full or partial brick or stone.

Inside, you’ll find desirable features including open floorplans, hardwood flooring, extensive millwork, custom ceilings, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, two-story/vaulted great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows, formal dining rooms with butler’s pantry, formal living rooms and/or private dens with built-ins, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, and even in-law/guest suites. Large kitchens feature an abundance of quartz or granite countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, top-of-the-line appliances, serving buffet, dinette area, and morning room or hearth room. First or second-floor owner’s suites include vaulted or tray ceilings, sitting areas, large walk-in closets with built-ins, and spa-like baths with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with media or theater rooms, kitchenettes, bars, wine cellars, and exercise rooms. Homes offer oversized 3-4 car side-entry garages.

Each home abuts wooded land owned by the HOA, ensuring privacy and forested views. The northern section of the subdivision is surrounded by 94 acres of nature preserve. Phase 3 of the development (from Brush Rd up to and including Cascade Oaks Trl) is surrounded by 47.6 acres of conservation easement protected by Ohio Stream Preservation.

Homesites range from .57 to 1.34 acres. Prime lots are located around any of the eight cul-de-sacs, which have landscaped islands.

Backyards are primed for outdoor living with custom patios and/or composite decks, covered or screened porches, verandas, water features, fire pits or fireplaces, and even in-ground pools.
