About Kings Forest in Richfield
Kings Forest in Richfield Township Ohio is a community of 35 custom-built luxury homes surrounded by lush parkland. Homes were built exclusively by Prestige Homes mainly between 2001-2006, with the final homes constructed in 2013, 2017, and 2021.
Bordering the subdivision to the west and south is Richfield Heritage Preserve, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails. A narrow wooded parcel owned by the park also borders the northern part of the development.
The square footage of these homes generally range from 5,000 to 9,800+ square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 3.5-5.5 bathrooms. Homes are available as cape cod, colonial or ranch styles.
Homesites mainly range from 2 to 3.9 acres. There are also two homes with more than 5 acres. Every homesite has a wooded backyard and side yards, offering maximum privacy.
Homes are loaded with premium finishes and elegant details including open floorplans, hardwood flooring, extensive millwork, custom ceilings, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, two-story/vaulted great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows, formal dining rooms with butler’s pantry, formal living rooms and/or private dens with built-ins, in-law/guest suites, and large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets. Large kitchens feature an abundance of quartz or granite countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, top-of-the-line appliances, serving buffet, dinette area, and morning room or hearth room. First or second-floor owner’s suites include vaulted or tray ceilings, sitting areas, large walk-in closets with built-ins, and spa-like baths with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with media or theater rooms, kitchenettes, bars, wine cellars, and exercise rooms. Homes offer oversized 3-6 car side or rear-entry garages.
Backyards are an outdoor living oasis appointed with professional landscaping, custom patios and/or composite decks, covered or screened porches, water features, fire pits or fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, and even in-ground pools with cabanas/pool houses.
The front of the development is bordered by white three-rail ranch-style fencing and a backdrop of mature trees offering privacy to homes at the front of the community. The entrance on Kings Forest Blvd is off Broadview Rd. It is flanked on either side by landscaped beds with stately curved stacked stone walls and mature pines. In the center of the street is a landscaped island with stacked stone signage and pine trees.
