Bordering the subdivision to the west and south is Richfield Heritage Preserve, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails. A narrow wooded parcel owned by the park also borders the northern part of the development.
The square footage of these homes generally range from 5,000 to 9,800+ square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 3.5-5.5 bathrooms. Homes are available as cape cod, colonial or ranch styles.
Homesites mainly range from 2 to 3.9 acres. There are also two homes with more than 5 acres. Every homesite has a wooded backyard and side yards, offering maximum privacy.

The entrance on Kings Forest Blvd is off Broadview Rd. It is flanked on either side by landscaped beds with stately curved stacked stone walls and mature pines. In the center of the street is a landscaped island with stacked stone signage and pine trees.
In addition to Kings Forest Blvd, the community also encompasses the cul-de-sac streets of Forest Brooke Ct N and Forest Brooke Ct S.

This neighborhood is serviced by the top-ranked Revere Local School District with bussing to St. Hilary’s and the prestigious Old Trail School.

The subdivision of Kings Park in Richfield Township Ohio is located in Summit County near the Hinckley border. The entrance is off Broadview Rd, 1.1 miles north of Route 303/Streetsboro Rd.

Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 10 min away with 33,000-acres including the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
