The Forest at Kings Creek in Richfield Township Ohio is a community of approximately 16 custom-built luxury homes built exclusively by Prestige Homes from 2005-2018. The most recent lot was sold in 2021, with the final lot still available for purchase.

With finished basements, these homes mainly range from 5,200 to 10,500+ square feet. There are colonial, cape cod and ranch styles available.

Homes are loaded with premium finishes and elegant details including open floorplans, hardwood flooring, extensive millwork, custom ceilings, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, two-story/vaulted great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows, formal dining rooms with butler’s pantry, formal living rooms and/or private dens with built-ins, in-law/guest suites, and large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets. Large kitchens feature an abundance of quartz or granite countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, top-of-the-line appliances, serving buffet, dinette area, and morning room or hearth room. Backyards are an outdoor living oasis enhanced with professional landscaping, custom patios and/or decks, terraces, covered porches, water features, fire pits or fireplaces, and private in-ground pools.

Bordering the subdivision to the south is Richfield Heritage Preserve, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails. 

The entrance on Kings Ridge Dr is off Newton Rd. It is flanked on both sides by landscaped beds with mature pines. The right side is also decorated with garden rocks and masonry signage between lantern-topped stacked stone pillars. A treeline of pine trees runs along each side of the street until the first lots.

The first homes are tucked back 750+ feet from the entrance so no homes directly border the main road.

In addition to Kings Ridge Dr, the subdivision also includes Kingsbury Trl, which has two cul-de-sacs with landscaped islands in the center.

There are no curbs or sidewalks.

Homes have well water and septic tanks.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Forest at Kings Creek are approximately $450 annually.

This neighborhood is serviced by the top-ranked Revere Local School District with bussing to St. Hilary’s and the prestigious Old Trail School.
