There are ranch, cape cod and colonial style homes. With finished basements, they range from 4,200-10,400+ square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 3-8.5+ bathrooms. Being that these homes were custom-built over several decades, there are a variety of facade styles.

Large kitchens feature an abundance of quartz or granite countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, top-of-the-line appliances, serving buffet, and dinette area. First or second-floor owner’s suites include vaulted or tray ceilings, sitting areas, large walk-in closets with built-ins, and spa-like baths with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with media or theater rooms, kitchenettes, bars, wine cellars, and exercise rooms. Attached garages accommodate 3-7 cars.
Homesites mainly range from 2.2 to 3.6 acres. There are seven homes with lots ranging from 4.2 to 8.2 acres. Every home has a heavily wooded backyard and side yards for ultimate privacy.
