Forest Run in Richfield Township Ohio is a community of custom-built homes by builders including Prestige Homes and Tony Paskevich. Homes were built from 1979-1996, many of which have since been updated. The final home was built in 2021.

There are ranch, cape cod and colonial style homes. With finished basements, they range from 4,200-10,400+ square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 3-8.5+ bathrooms. Being that these homes were custom-built over several decades, there are a variety of facade styles.

Inside, you’ll find desirable features including open floorplans, hardwood flooring and ceramic tile, extensive millwork, custom ceilings, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, two-story/vaulted great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows, sunrooms, formal dining rooms with butler’s pantry, formal living rooms and/or private dens with built-ins, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, and even in-law/guest suites. It is ideally located to highways with only 6 min to I-77, 8 min to I-80/OH Turnpike, and 10 min to I-271.
