Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March. Richfield Heritage Preserve is 10 min away, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails.

If you’re a golfer, you are 16 min to Hinckley Hills and Sleepy Hollow, and 17 min to Ironwood, and 18 min to Briarwood and Seneca. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, you’re just 12 min to St. Bernard Golf Club.
