The subdivision of Briarwood Estates is located in eastern Richfield Ohio roughly a mile east of Brecksville Rd, off the south side of E Streetsboro Rd.

It is ideally located to highways with only 5 min to I-271, 7 min to I-77, 9 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 16 min to I-71. While the proximity highways is convenient, this development is bordered on two sides by highways (I-77 & I-271). Thus, the community is subjected to interstate traffic noise.

Nearby outdoor recreational amenities are abundant! Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 7 min away with 33,000-acres including the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad. The Canal Lock 29 Trailhead parking lot is just 10 min east.
