Crane Creek Park is a subdivision of 40 elegant custom-built homes in western Brecksville, Ohio, located off the south side of Oakes Rd, 0.3 miles east of Barr Rd, and directly west of I-77, comprising the cul-de-sac streets of Crane Creek Pkwy, Mallard Dr and Pin Tail Dr. This subdivision is conveniently located close to the Elementary and Preschool, a Montessori School, and paved Metroparks’ trail.


Homes were constructed by builders including Almond Quality Homes, Cosmopolitan Homes, Petros Homes, and Scholz between 1992-1999, with the final two homes built in 2004 and 2007.

Crane Creek Park is located in western Brecksville, Ohio, off the south side of Oakes Rd, 0.3 miles east of Barr Rd, directly west of I-77.
Highways are conveniently accessible with just 6 min to I-77, and 14 min to I-80/Turnpike and I-271.
🔊NOISE: While the proximity to I-77 is convenient, the subdivision is directly west of the interstate. Homes are at a higher elevation than the highway and are separated by at least a treeline, if not woods, but the community may still experience noise pollution.
Downtown Brecksville is only 6 min away.
There are endless opportunities for hiking, biking, picnicking, fishing, kayaking/canoeing horseback riding, winter sports, exploring nature, and wildlife viewing.
