About Bath Highlands

Bath Highlands is a community of 16 custom-built luxury homes in southern Bath Township, Ohio. This 50-acre community was developed and primarily built by Boggs & Sons from 1991-2001, with the final home constructed in 2017. Other builders include Briarwood and Glen Smith Builders.

Per the original building requirements, homes were required to be a minimum of 3,000 square feet and stipulated side or rear-entry garages.

The colonial and ranch homes in Bath Highlands range from 4,800-10,800 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 3.5-5 bathrooms.

First-floor owner’s retreats include sitting areas, walk-in closets with built-ins, and bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Full finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with theater or media rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars, wine cellars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Homes offer 3-6 car side-entry garages.
