About Bath Highlands
Bath Highlands is a community of 16 custom-built luxury homes in southern Bath Township, Ohio. This 50-acre community was developed and primarily built by Boggs & Sons from 1991-2001, with the final home constructed in 2017. Other builders include Briarwood and Glen Smith Builders.
Per the original building requirements, homes were required to be a minimum of 3,000 square feet and stipulated side or rear-entry garages.
The colonial and ranch homes in Bath Highlands range from 4,800-10,800 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 3.5-5 bathrooms.
Facades include French country, traditional, and contemporary styles. Some are all full brick surround.
Homes are appointed with exceptional craftsmanship and desirable amenities like open floorplans, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, hardwood flooring, extensive millwork, formal living and dining rooms, executive dens with built-ins, sunrooms, and laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets. Vaulted or two-story great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows are open to kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center islands, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. First-floor owner’s retreats include sitting areas, walk-in closets with built-ins, and bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Full finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with theater or media rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars, wine cellars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Homes offer 3-6 car side-entry garages.
Homesites mainly range from 1.4 to 3.8 acres. There is one lot measuring 6.7 acres. Nearly every backyard is heavily wooded. Some homes also have wooded side and/or front yards for additional privacy.
Yellow Creek runs just north of the community, offering ravined topography with rolling views.
Living is extended outdoors with expansive decks and/or patios, gazebos, water features, fire pits or fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, and even in-ground pools with pool houses.
There is a single entrance to the development off Ghent Rd via W Point Dr. Bath Highlands encompasses the majority of homes on Highlands Dr (house numbers 550 to 661) as well as the homes on S Ridge Dr.

This neighborhood is serviced by the top-ranked Revere Local School District with bussing to St. Hilary’s and the prestigious Old Trail School.

The luxury subdivision of Bath Highlands is in southern Bath Ohio in Summit County. The entrance is off Ghent Rd, .6 miles southwest of the intersection with N Cleveland Massillon Rd.

Only 8 min away is the 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad. Richfield Heritage Preserve is 12 min away, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails. Bath Nature Preserve is 12 min north with hiking and equestrian trails, two ponds for catch-and-release fishing, sled riding, and cross country skiing. Also 12 min away is Allardale Park with hiking and equestrian trails, a picnic shelter and indoor lodge. Eastwood Preserve is a 12 min drive, offering 28 acres with an educational facility, hiking trails, a fishing lake, and a community garden. The Cleveland Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is a 15 min drive with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March.
