Stone Gate Bath Ohio

About Stone Gate

Stone Gate (also spelled Stonegate) is a prestigious community of roughly 24 custom-built luxury estates in northwestern Bath Township, Ohio. These homes were constructed from 1998-2020. As of 2021, a few lots were yet undeveloped.

This is certainly no cookie-cutter community. Homes feature an array of facade styles including stately full-brick, french chateau, modern farmhouse, and contemporary cottage.

Stone Gate homes range from 5,400-13,000+ square feet with 4-6 bedrooms and 4.5-6 bathrooms.

Homes are exquisitely appointed with the highest quality craftsmanship and premium finishes throughout including open floorplans, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, hardwood flooring, travertine and marble tile flooring, heated floors, multiple fireplaces, huge windows, soaring custom ceilings, extensive millwork, two-story/vaulted great rooms with specialty fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows, butler’s pantry, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, private dens with custom built-ins or paneling, mudrooms, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, zoned HVAC, and second-floor lofts. Granite or quartz chef’s kitchens feature furniture-grade custom cabinetry, an oversized island, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, top-of-the-line appliances, dinette area and/or morning/hearth room. First-floor owner’s retreats include a sitting area/room, fireplace, walk-in closets, and spa-like baths with custom tiled walk-in showers with multiple sprays/showerheads, soaking tubs, dual vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels (many are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with media rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars, wine cellars, and exercise rooms. Homes offer oversized 3-5+ car side or rear-entry garages.

Homesites range from 2.8 to 6.8 acres, available as either wooded or cleared lots. Backyards are an entertaining oasis with professionally designed landscaping, custom patios and/or composite decks, paved terraces, water features, fireplaces or fire pits, and in-ground pools.

A number of homes have elegant lantern-topped masonry pillars and matching mailboxes at the end of their driveways.
