About Sanctuary of Bath
Sanctuary of Bath is a community of 90 custom-built homes in southern Bath Ohio. This subdivision was developed by Dan Marchetta and built from 1985-1992, with the final homes constructed in 2001 and 2002. Most homes have since been renovated.
Facades include Tudor, French Normandy, southern Georgian, and contempory styles. Many are all full brick surround.
These colonial and ranch homes range from 4,300-9,000 square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 4-6.5 bathrooms.
