About Firestone Trace in Bath
Firestone Trace is a master-planned conservation and recreation community of 186 luxury custom estates in Bath Township, Ohio. With tennis courts, a pool & clubhouse, extensive greenspace, hiking trails, several adjacent parks, a community water and septic system, and close proximity to highways, this development truly offers it all!
These homes were constructed by custom builders including Dwight Yoder Fine Homes, KNL Builders, North Coast Builders, Old World Classics, and Prestige Homes from 2002-2017. As of 2021, there were still a few undeveloped lots.
Homes include colonial, cape cod and ranch styles that range from 4,300-9,200+ square feet with 4-6 bedrooms and 4-6.5 bathrooms.
Homes are exquisitely appointed with the highest quality craftsmanship and premium finishes throughout including open floorplans, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, hardwood flooring, multiple fireplaces, huge windows, soaring custom ceilings, extensive millwork, two-story/vaulted great rooms with specialty fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows, butler’s pantry, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, private dens with custom built-ins or paneling, mudrooms, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, zoned HVAC, and second-floor lofts. Granite or quartz chef’s kitchens feature furniture-grade custom cabinetry, an oversized island, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, top-of-the-line appliances, dinette area and/or morning/hearth room. First-floor owner’s retreats include a sitting area/room, fireplace, walk-in closets, and spa-like baths with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels (many are walk-outs!) are complete with media rooms or theater rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars, wine cellars, and exercise rooms. Homes offer oversized 3-5+ car side-entry garages.
Backyards are an entertainer’s delight with professionally designed and lighted landscaping, custom patios and/or composite decks, covered porches, paved terraces, outdoor kitchens, water features, fireplaces or fire pits, and in-ground pools.
Homesites range from .76 to 1.4 acres with carefully planned landscapes including gently rolling meadows, wooded glens and creekside settings. Nearly every home abuts parkland or the ninety acres of dedicated greenspace owned by the HOA.
As a rural community, sidewalks are not found in Bath Township developments. However, in Firestone Trace, residents can enjoy four miles of trails for exercise or walking the dog. The walking trails within the neighborhood connect to Bath Nature Preserve (to the south) and Bath Baseball Park (to the northwest), which also has a trailhead that connects Kniss Nature MetroPark in Richfield.
Directly north of the community is the 73-acre North Fork Preserve of Bath. As of 2021, the development’s residents were considering adding a 500-foot connector trail to adjoin the North Fork trail. The North Folk Yellow Creek runs through the development, presenting opportunities for fishing and wildlife viewing.
Being that Bath Township does not have city water and sewer, most homes have private wells and septic. This neighborhood offers the convenience of a private community water and septic system. Residents’ drinking water comes from a water well in the neighborhood, treated on-site by a water company (Aqua Ohio) and piped to us. The septic is treated at a neighborhood wastewater treatment plant.
Firestone Trace hosts a number of social events including cocktail parties, progressive dinners, block parties, Easter egg hunts, and Halloween gatherings.
Firestone Trace comprises three separate communities, connected only by trails. The largest development has two entrances, Firestone Trce and Meadowvale Dr, both off Ira Rd. It also includes the streets of N Meadow Cir, S Meadow Cir, and Meadowvale Ct. The clubhouse, pool and tennis courts are located at the front of the Firestone Trce entrance.
To the west is a single-street development on Rock Creek S, also off Ira Rd. There is also a stub street, Alder Dr, but it has not been developed.
The third development is to the northwest, off N Hametown Rd, and includes Bridle Trl, Chuckery Ln, Rock Creek, and High Ridge Trl.
The entrances to each community are flanked on either side by landscaped beds with curved stacked flagstone walls and wooded three rail ranch-style fencing.
All mailboxes in the neighborhood are required to be the same, bringing a visual continuity to the street.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Firestone Trace are approximately $1,200 annually.
This neighborhood is serviced by the top-ranked Revere Local School District with bussing to St. Hilary’s and the prestigious Old Trail School.
To the east of the main development is North Bath Estates.
