Four Seasons is a community of 20 sizable custom-built luxury homes in Bath Township (Akron), Ohio. This subdivision is located off the north side of Shade Rd, 0.3 miles west of N Revere Rd, and encompasses the cul-de-sac streets of Four Seasons Dr (also written as 4 Seasons Dr) and Solar Cir, and one home on Shade Rd (house number 3241).
These homes were mainly constructed between 1995-2007 by builders including Boggs Custom Homes, Jamestown Homes, Prestige, and Zumpano. The final homes were built in 2013 and 2018.
Building requirements for this development stipulated a minimum of 3,000 square feet for a ranch and 3,500 for more than one floor.
With finished basements, these colonial and ranch homes mainly range from 5,300-12,000+ square feet with 4-6 bedrooms and 4-6.5+ bathrooms.
Facades vary in style including Georgian colonial, contemporary, and country cottage. A number of homes boast full brick or stone surround.

The luxury subdivision of Four Seasons is in central Bath Township, Ohio in Summit County. The entrance is off the north side of Shade Rd, 0.5 miles east of I-77 and 0.3 miles west of N Revere Rd.

Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March. Eastwood Preserve is also an 11 min drive, offering 28 acres with an educational facility, hiking trails, a fishing lake, and a community garden.
