Facades include Tudor, Nantucket-inspired, Georgian, Mediterranean, French country, English manor, and traditionally styled brick. Many boast full brick surround.
These commodious colonial and ranch homes range from 4,800-10,000+ square feet, 4-6 bedrooms and 4-8.5 bathrooms.

Local outdoor recreation amenities are plentiful! Just 9 min away is Allardale Park with hiking and equestrian trails, a picnic shelter and indoor lodge. Ten min away is the 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad. Bath Nature Preserve is 11 min north with hiking and equestrian trails, two ponds for catch-and-release fishing, sled riding, and cross country skiing. The Cleveland Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is a 12 min drive with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March. Eastwood Preserve is a 13 min drive, offering 28 acres with an educational facility, hiking trails, a fishing lake, and a community garden. Richfield Heritage Preserve is 15 min away, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails.
If you’re a golfer, you are 12 min to Loyal Oak Golf Course and, 14 min to J. E Good Park, and 15 min to Mud Run Golf Course. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, you’re 13 min to The Sharon Golf Club and 14 min to St. Bernard Golf Club.
