Location Details
The subdivision of North Bath Estates is in northwest Bath Township, Ohio. The entrance is off Ira Rd, roughly 500 feet west of Cleveland Massillon Rd.
Highways are accessible in 8 min to I-77, 9 min to I-271, 14 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 16 min to I-71.
Summit Mall and shopping center is roughly 10 min away. Anchored by Dillard’s and Macy’s, it boasts over 125 of your favorite retailers like Apple, J. Crew, Gap, and Vera Bradley as well as the restaurants you crave like First Watch, P.F. Changs and Bravo. In addition, you’ll find an abundance of shopping and dining options nearby like Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kohl’s, Target, Lowe’s, and Home Depot as well as Winking Lizard Peninsula, Bomba Taco, Michael Angelo’s Winery, Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse, and more.
Local outdoor recreation amenities are plentiful! The 73-acre North Fork Preserve of Bath is just 4 min away. Bath Nature Preserve is 5 min south with hiking and equestrian trails, two ponds for catch-and-release fishing, sled riding, and cross country skiing. The Cleveland Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is only a 9 min drive with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March. Also 9 min away is Allardale Park with hiking and equestrian trails, a picnic shelter and indoor lodge. Eastwood Preserve is a 9 min drive, offering 28 acres with an educational facility, hiking trails, a fishing lake, and a community garden. Richfield Heritage Preserve is 9 min away, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails. Ten min away is the 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
