The subdivision of North Bath Estates is in northwest Bath Township (Akron), Ohio, located off the north side of Ira Rd, roughly 500 feet west of Cleveland Massillon Rd.

Highways are accessible in 8 min to I-77, 9 min to I-271, 14 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 16 min to I-71.

Eastwood Preserve is a 9 min drive, offering 28 acres with an educational facility, hiking trails, a fishing lake, and a community garden.
