About Royal Meadows in Bath
The upscale community of Royal Meadows is located Bath Township, Ohio off the north side of Ira Rd, 0.2 miles west of N Revere Rd. It comprises 21 lots along the cul-de-sac streets of Majesty Ct and Squires Ct.
These homes were custom-built beginning in 1998 by builders including American Dream Homes, Fred Zumpano, and Wayne Homes. Some homes have since been updated. As of late 2024, there were a few undeveloped lots.
Homes include ranch, cape cod, and colonial styles. The majority of facades feature partial to full brick or stone.
With finished basements, these homes range from 3,800-7,800 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3.5-5.5 bathrooms.
Homes in Royal Meadows are appointed with desirable amenities like open floorplans, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, hardwood flooring, formal living and dining rooms, private dens with built-ins, sunrooms, and large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets. Vaulted or two-story great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows are open to kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center islands, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. Owner’s suites include walk-in closets, and bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Full finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with theater or media rooms, billiard rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Side-entry garages accommodate 3-4 cars.
Generously sized homesites range from 2.77 to 5.41 acres. Most lots have a back treeline or wooded area.
The topography of most lots in Royal Meadows is flat, ideal for children, lawn games, gardens, and in-ground pools.

The entrance street of Majesty Ct is decorated on the right by a small landscape bed with stacked boulders.
As with most neighborhoods in Bath, its streets have no curbs or sidewalks.
Homes have well water and septic systems.
This neighborhood is served by the top-rated Revere Local Schools (high & middle school campus is a 4 min drive!) with bussing to St. Hilary’s. The prestigious Old Trail School is a 5 min drive east.

The subdivision of Royal Meadows is in northern Bath Township, Summit County. It is accessible off Ira Rd, 0.2 miles west of N Revere Rd.
This development is ideally located to highways with only 7 min to I-77 (borders the community to the west), 8 min to I-271, 13 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 16 min to I-71.
NOTE: I-77 is immediately west of Royal Meadows cul-de-sacs, which can subject them to interstate noise.
Summit Mall and shopping center are only 9 min away. Anchored by Dillard’s and Macy’s, it boasts over 125 of your favorite retailers like Apple, J. Crew, Gap, and Vera Bradley as well as the restaurants you crave like First Watch, P.F. Changs and Bravo. In addition, you’ll find an abundance of shopping and dining options nearby like Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kohl’s, Target, Lowe’s, and Home Depot as well as Winking Lizard Peninsula, Bomba Taco, Michael Angelo’s Winery, Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse, and more.
Outdoor recreation amenities are plentiful! Just 5 min away is Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 33,000-acres and includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad. Bath Nature Preserve is a 7 min drive with hiking and equestrian trails, two ponds for catch-and-release fishing, sled riding, and cross country skiing. Richfield Heritage Preserve is 9 min away, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails. Eastwood Preserve is 10 min away, offering 28 acres with an educational facility, hiking trails, a fishing lake, and a community garden. The Cleveland Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is also only a 10 min drive with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March.
If you’re a golfer, you are 15 min to Hinckley Hills and Ironwood, 16 min to Briarwood and Seneca, and 17 min to Sleepy Hollow. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, you’re just 11 min to St. Bernard Golf Club.
Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts are just a 16 min drive for skiing and tubing during the winter months.
