The Estates of Bath is a community of roughly 33 custom-built luxury estates with 2.5+ acre lots in northwestern Bath Township, Ohio.

The main subdivision is located off the east side of N Medina Line Rd, 0.7 miles north of W Bath Rd. It comprises the residential streets of Dremina Rock Dr, Travertine Way, and Pebblecreek Dr (excluding house numbers 1521 & 1778).

Phase IIB (the third and final phase) comprises three lots along the newly added southern cul-de-sac of Fox Hollow Ln (house numbers 1697, 1698 & 1700). Fox Hollow Ln is not connected to the main portion of this subdivision. It is accessible from the west side of N Hametown Rd through West Bath Estates, located is off the west side of N Hametown Rd, 1.1 miles north of W Bath Rd.

These homes were constructed in three phases beginning in 2007 by builders including Dwight Yoder Custom Builders, Frank Zumpano, Old World Classics, Payne and Payne, and Sinopoli Brothers Construction.

Facades feature Colonial Revival/Neo-Colonial, Contemporary Cottage, French Country, Modern Farmhouse, and Transitional architecture. Homes with full brick/stone facades typically also have a full masonry surround.

Estates of Bath homes include 1-story (ranch), 1.5-story and 2-story styles ranging from 3,300-4,700 above-grade square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 3.5-7 bathrooms. Including finished basements, these homes can total 6,400+ square feet.

First floor amenities and principal rooms include soaring specialty ceilings (beamed and coffered), hardwood flooring, mudrooms, two-story foyers with open staircases, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, private dens, sunrooms, fireplaced great rooms with two-story/vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that open to large kitchens featuring an abundance of granite or quartz countertops, a center island, breakfast bar, top-of-the-line appliances, walk-in pantry, butler’s pantry, and dinette area and/or hearth room.

First or second-floor owner’s suites include vaulted or tray ceilings, fireplaces, large walk-in closets, and bathrooms with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commodes.

Second floors may have lofts or bonus rooms.

Finished lower levels (many are coveted walkouts!) can include rec rooms, media or theater rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars and exercise rooms.

Oversized garages accommodate 3-4 cars.

Homes have well water and septic systems.

Lots primarily range from 2.5 to 5.05 acres. There is also one lot measuring 14.5 acres.

Lots are available as either cleared or partially wooded.

Backyards are an entertaining oasis with professionally designed landscaping, custom stamped/paver patios and/or composite decks, covered living spaces, fireplaces or fire pits, and even in-ground pools.

Pebblecreek Dr is a temporary turnaround, which could be extended with future development opportunities.

To the south, Pebblecreek Dr adjoins Stone Gate subdivision.

This neighborhood is serviced by the top-ranked Revere Local School District.

The Estates of Bath subdivision is in northwestern Bath, Ohio, along the border of Medina. It is accessible off the east side of N Medina Line Rd, 0.7 miles north of W Bath Rd, or off the west side of N Hametown Rd, 1.1 miles north of W Bath Rd.

Highways are accessible in 10 min to I-77, 12 min to I-271, 15 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 16 min to I-71.

The Cleveland Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is only an 8 min drive with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Richfield Heritage Preserve is 10 min away, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails. Eastwood Preserve is also a 10 min drive, offering 28 acres with an educational facility, hiking trails, a fishing lake, and a community garden. Twelve min away is the 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.

Golfers are 13 min to Hinckley Hills and Ironwood, 18 min to Briarwood, Bunker Hill and Seneca, and 20 min to Sleepy Hollow. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, you’re just 9 min to St. Bernard Golf Club.

Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts are a 22 min drive for skiing and tubing during the winter months.
