About Estates of Bath
The Estates of Bath is a community of roughly 33 custom-built luxury estates in northwestern Bath Township, Ohio. These homes were constructed by builders including Dwight Yoder Custom Builders, Frank Zumpano, Old World Classics, Payne and Payne, and Sinopoli Brothers Construction from 2007 through to today.
There are an array of facade styles including traditional full-brick, modern farmhouse, and contemporary cottage.
Estates of Bath homes range from 3,300-9,200+ square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 3.5-7 bathrooms.
Inside, homes feature open floorplans, hardwood flooring, two-story foyers with open staircases, two-story/vaulted great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, butler’s pantry, sunrooms, private dens, mudrooms, laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, and second-floor lofts. Large kitchens feature an abundance of granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, top-of-the-line appliances, walk-in pantry, dinette area and/or hearth room. First or second-floor owner’s suites include vaulted or tray ceilings, fireplaces, large walk-in closets, and bathrooms with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels (many are coveted walkouts!) are complete with media or theater rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars and exercise rooms. Homes offer oversized 3-4 car garages.
Homesites range from 2.4 to 11.5 acres, available as either wooded or cleared lots. Backyards are an entertaining oasis with professionally designed landscaping, custom patios and/or composite decks, paved terraces, fireplaces or fire pits, and in-ground pools.
