These condos were constructed from 2003-2015 by builders including Beres Construction, Petros Homes, and Sinopoli Custom Homes.

Eastwood Preserve is a 13 min drive, offering 28 acres with an educational facility, hiking trails, a fishing lake, and a community garden. Richfield Heritage Preserve is 15 min away, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails.
