About The Reserve at Waterford

The Reserve at Waterford is a gated community of 41 detached limited-maintenance luxury condominiums in western Bath Township, Ohio, off the west side of N Hametown Rd, 0.2 miles north of Medina Rd.

NOTE: The Land Use Code (i.e. Property Type) is classified as “550 – R – CONDOMINIUM.”

These condos were constructed from 2003-2015 by builders including Beres Construction, Petros Homes, and Sinopoli Custom Homes.

They include two-story and ranch designs ranging from 2,000-4,200 square feet with 2-4 bedrooms and 2-4.5 bathrooms.

Facades feature varied English cottage styling, offering an architecturally symmetric streetscape.

The Reserve at Waterford‘s single-standing condos are appointed with desirable amenities including open floorplans, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, hardwood flooring, high ceilings, extensive millwork, two-story/vaulted great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, private dens with built-ins, cultured-marble bathroom countertops, and mudrooms. Granite kitchens feature breakfast bar seating, soft-close drawers, cabinet lighting, tile backsplash, walk-in pantry, butler’s pantry with sink and beverage center, and dinette area. First-floor owner’s retreats include walk-in closets and bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Full finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with theater or media rooms, kitchens or kitchenettes, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Oversized front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.

Residences have public water. This is also one of the few neighborhoods in Bath with public sewer (no septic!).

Backyards are outdoor oases with screened-in or covered porches, professionally designed landscaping, custom paver or stone patios and/or composite decks, stacked stone walls, and fireplaces or fire pits.

This private development is almost completely enveloped by 25 acres of forested green space and wetlands.

Yellow Creek flows along the southern end of the property, providing gently rolling topography and opportunities for fishing and wildlife viewing. View FEMA Flood Map.

The gated entrance on Castlemaine Ct has a landscaped divided median and a masonry privacy wall with lantern-topped pillars encasing two double-hung wrought iron gates.

In addition to Castlemaine Ct, this development also encompasses the street of Provence Point.
