About Arbour Green
Arbour Green is a prestigious community of roughly 85 custom-built luxury homes in southwest Bath Township, Ohio.
This subdivision is located off the south side of Granger Rd and the east side of N Medina Line Rd. It comprises the residential streets of Arbour Green Dr, Autumn Leaves Dr, Barnsleigh Dr, Darlington Dr, Heatherleigh Dr, Mallard Pond Dr, Trellis Green Dr, and three homes on the south side of Daylesford Dr (house numbers 4564, 4586 & 4618).
These homes were constructed beginning in 1991 by custom builders including Fred Zumpano, Olympic Builders, Marchetta Construction, and Prestige Homes. As of late 2026, a few lots remained undeveloped.
The streetscape features a variety of individually designed homes, where no two are alike. Facades showcase Colonial Revival/Neo-Colonial, Contemporary, French Country, Georgian, Transitional, and Tudor architecture, with facades predominantly constructed of full brick, stone and/or stucco. Some homes boast a full brick surround.
Building requirements for this community stipulated a minimum of 3,200 above-grade square feet.
Arbour Green homes include 1-story (ranch), 1.5-story and 2-story styles that range from 3,500-6,900 above-grade square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 4.5-8.5+ bathrooms. Including finished basements, these homes can total 10,000 square feet.
Homes were constructed with the highest-quality craftsmanship and premium finishes throughout.
First floor amenities and principal rooms include hardwood flooring, travertine and marble tile flooring, whole house generators, zoned HVAC, multiple fireplaces, huge windows, soaring custom ceilings, extensive millwork, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, mudrooms, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, private dens, and fireplaced great rooms with vaulted or two-story ceilings that open to chef’s kitchens featuring furniture-grade custom cabinetry, top-of-the-line appliances, an oversized island, breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, butler’s pantry, dinette area and/or morning/hearth room.
Second floors may have lofts.
First or second-floor owner’s suites include a sitting area/room, fireplace, walk-in closet(s), and spa-like ensuite bathroom with a custom tiled walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual vanities/sinks, and enclosed commode.
Finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) may include theater or media rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars, wine cellars, and exercise rooms.
Homes have well water and public sewer (no septic)—one of the few neighborhoods in Bath with sewer service!
Oversized side-entry garages accommodate 3-5 cars. Many homes have circular drives for guest parking and unobstructed garage access.
Backyards are complete with professionally designed landscaping, custom patios and/or composite decks, paved terraces, water features, fireplaces or fire pits, and even in-ground pools.
Lots generally range from 1.5 to 2.8 acres. There are also a few larger lots measuring 3.7, 4.7 and 17.38 acres.
Lots may be cleared, lightly treed, or partially wooded.
Numerous properties share any of six large ponds, offering serene water views.
Some properties abut a large lake. However, only 720 Trellis Green Dr has lake privileges.

There are two entrances to Arbour Green: Trellis Green Dr off the south side of Granger Rd, and Arbour Green Dr off the east side of N Medina Line Rd. Each entrance features a gazebo and white pergola surrounded by stone pavers and exquisite landscaping.
The streets of Arbour Green Dr, Autumn Leaves Dr, Barnsleigh Dr, Daylesford Dr, and Heatherleigh Dr have permanent cul-de-sacs.
True to country-style neighborhoods, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Arbour Green are approximately $350 annually.
This neighborhood is served by the top-ranked Revere Local School District.

Arbour Green allotment is located in southwestern Bath, Ohio, along the border of Medina, near the southeast corner of Granger and N Medina Line Roads.
Highways are accessible in 7 min to I-77, 13 min to I-271, 15 min to I-71, and 18 min to I-80/Turnpike.
Summit Mall is only 10 min away, offering over 125 of your favorite retailers and restaurants. Surrounding plazas add even more shopping and dining options.
Local outdoor recreation amenities are plentiful! Just 8 min away is Allardale Park with hiking and equestrian trails, a picnic shelter and indoor lodge. The Cleveland Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is a 9 min drive with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Bath Nature Preserve is 10 min north with hiking and equestrian trails, two ponds for catch-and-release fishing, sled riding, and cross-country skiing. Eleven min away is the 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad. Eastwood Preserve is a 12 min drive, offering 28 acres with an educational facility, hiking trails, a fishing lake, and a community garden. Richfield Heritage Preserve is 13 min away, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails.
Golfers are 16 min to Hinckley Hills and Ironwood, 20 min to Briarwood and Bunker Hill, 21 min to Seneca, and 23 min to Sleepy Hollow. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, you’re just 11 min to St. Bernard Golf Club.
