Arbour Green is a prestigious community of roughly 85 custom-built luxury homes in southwest Bath Township, Ohio located near the southeast corner of Granger Rd and N Medina Line Rd.

This development encompasses the streets of Arbour Green Dr, Autumn Leaves Dr, Barnsleigh Dr, Darlington Dr, Daylesford Dr, Heatherleigh Dr, Mallard Pond Dr, Trellis Green Dr, and 466 N Hametown Rd.

These homes were constructed beginning in 1991 by custom builders including Fred Zumpano, Olympic Builders, Marchetta Construction, and Prestige Homes. As of mid 2025, there were a few lots available for new builds.

You won’t find any basic vinyl facades in this development! Front elevations are predominantly brick, stone or stucco featuring a variety of designs for an interesting streetscape.

Arbour Green homes include colonial, cape cod and ranch styles that range from 4,400-10,400 square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 4.5-8.5+ bathrooms.

Homes were constructed with the highest quality craftsmanship and premium finishes throughout including open floorplans, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, hardwood flooring, travertine and marble tile flooring, whole house generators, zoned HVAC, multiple fireplaces, huge windows, soaring custom ceilings, extensive millwork, two-story/vaulted great rooms with specialty fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows, butler’s pantry, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, private dens, mudrooms, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, and second-floor lofts. Granite or quartz chef’s kitchens feature furniture-grade custom cabinetry, an oversized island, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, top-of-the-line appliances, dinette area and/or morning/hearth room. First-floor owner’s retreats include a sitting area/room, fireplace, walk-in closets, and spa-like baths with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels (many are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with theater or media rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars, wine cellars, and exercise rooms.

Homes have well water and public sewer (no septic)—one of the few neighborhoods in Bath with sewer service!

Oversized side-entry garages accommodate 3-5 cars. Many homes have circular drives for guest parking and unobstructed garage access.

Backyards are complete with professionally designed landscaping, custom patios and/or composite decks, paved terraces, water features, fireplaces or fire pits, and in-ground pools.

Homesites generally range from 1.5 to 2.8 acres. There are also a few larger lots measuring 3.7, 4.7 and 17.38 acres.

Lots may be cleared, lightly treed, or partially wooded.

Numerous properties share large ponds with serene water views.

There are two entrances to Arbour Green: Trellis Green Dr off the south side of Granger Rd, and Arbour Green Dr off the east side of N Medina Line Rd. Each entrance features a gazebo and white pergola surrounded by stone pavers and landscaping.

The streets of Arbour Green Dr, Autumn Leaves Dr, Barnsleigh Dr, Daylesford Dr, and Heatherleigh Dr have cul-de-sacs.

True to country-style neighborhoods, there are no curbs or sidewalks.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Arbour Green are approximately $275 annually.

This neighborhood is served by the top-ranked Revere Local School District with bussing to St. Hilary’s and the prestigious Old Trail School.

Arbour Green subdivision is in southwestern Bath, Ohio, along the border of Medina, near the southeast corner of Granger and N Medina Line Roads.

Highways are accessible in 7 min to I-77, 13 min to I-271, 15 min to I-71, and 18 min to I-80/Turnpike.

Summit Mall and shopping center is only 10 min away. Anchored by Dillard’s and Macy’s, it boasts over 125 of your favorite retailers like Apple, J. Crew, Gap, and Vera Bradley as well as the restaurants you crave like First Watch, P.F. Changs and Bravo. In addition, you’ll find an abundance of shopping and dining options nearby like Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kohl’s, Target, Lowe’s, and Home Depot as well as Winking Lizard Peninsula, Bomba Taco, Michael Angelo’s Winery, Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse, and more.

Local outdoor recreation amenities are plentiful! Just 8 min away is Allardale Park with hiking and equestrian trails, a picnic shelter and indoor lodge. The Cleveland Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is a 9 min drive with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March. Bath Nature Preserve is 10 min north with hiking and equestrian trails, two ponds for catch-and-release fishing, sled riding, and cross country skiing. Eleven min away is the 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad. Eastwood Preserve is a 12 min drive, offering 28 acres with an educational facility, hiking trails, a fishing lake, and a community garden. Richfield Heritage Preserve is 13 min away, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails.

If you’re a golfer, you are 16 min to Hinckley Hills and Ironwood, 20 min to Briarwood and Bunker Hill, 21 min to Seneca, and 23 min to Sleepy Hollow. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, you’re just 11 min to St. Bernard Golf Club.

Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts are a 21 min drive for skiing and tubing during the winter months.
