Wills Subdivision Phase II is a community of nine homes on 3.2+ acre heavily wooded lots with ravined streams nestled against the peaceful forest of Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Richfield, Ohio.
This subdivision comprises most homes (house numbers 2828-2948) on Arborry Hill Dr, also written as Arborry Hill Rd. It is accessible through The Farmstead Subdivision from the south side of Everett Rd and the east side of N Revere Rd.

Wills Subdivision II is situated in the southeastern corner of Richfield, Ohio (Bath Township), along the border of Bath and Peninsula. It is accessible off the south side of Everett Rd and the east side of N Revere Rd.
Commuting is ideal with just 6 min to I-77, 7 min to I-271, 12 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 15 min to I-71.
Summit Mall and shopping center are only 12 min away. Anchored by Dillard’s and Macy’s, it boasts nearly 100 retailers and eateries/restaurants.
Outdoor recreation amenities are plentiful! The aforementioned Cuyahoga Valley National Park (just east of the subdivision) is 33,000-acres and includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad. Bath Nature Preserve is 6 min south with hiking and equestrian trails, two ponds for catch-and-release fishing, sled riding, and cross country skiing. Eastwood Preserve is a 10 min drive, offering 28 acres with an educational facility, hiking trails, a fishing lake, and a community garden. The Cleveland Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is also only a 10 min drive with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Richfield Heritage Preserve is 10 min away, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails.
Golfers are 16 min to Hinckley Hills and Sleepy Hollow, and 17 min to Ironwood, and 18 min to Briarwood and Seneca.
The private St. Bernard Golf Club is 12 min away.
Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts are just a 16 min drive for skiing and tubing during the winter months.
