About West Bath Estates in Bath
West Bath Estates is a prestigious community of 19 custom-built luxury estates located off the west side of N Hametown Rd, 0.2 miles south of Ira Rd, and comprising the streets of Fox Hollow Ln, Great Run Ln, and Rock Ridge Ln.

These homes were constructed from 2001-2016 by builders including Beres Construction, KNL, and Prestige Homes.
You won’t find any basic vinyl cookie-cutter facades here! Front elevations include brick, stone, stucco, cedar, and Hardie board. There are even some rare full-brick homes.
These individually designed homes feature varying styles of facades including contemporary, french country, contemporary cottage, modern lodge, and Nantucket-inspired.
With finished basements (many are coveted walkouts!), homes range from 4,600-8,700+ square feet with 4-7 bedrooms and 4.5-7.5 bathrooms.
Homes are exquisitely appointed with the highest quality craftsmanship and premium finishes throughout including open floorplans, hardwood flooring, travertine and marble tile flooring, heated floors, zoned HVAC, multiple fireplaces, huge windows, soaring custom ceilings, extensive millwork, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, mudrooms, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, private dens with custom built-ins or paneling, and two-story/vaulted great rooms with specialty fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows that open to chef’s kitchens featuring granite or quartz counters, furniture-grade custom cabinetry, top-of-the-line appliances, an oversized island, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, butler’s pantry, walk-in pantry, dinette area and/or morning/hearth room. First-floor owner’s retreats include a sitting area/room, fireplace, walk-in closets, and spa-like baths with custom tiled walk-in showers with multiple sprays/showerheads, soaking tubs, dual vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Second floors may have lofts. Finished lower levels (many are walk-outs!) are complete with media rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars, wine cellars, and exercise rooms. Oversized side or rear-entry garages accommodate 3-5+ cars. Several homes also have detached garages.
Homes have well water and septic systems.
Homesites range from 2.3 to 5.2 acres, with the majority being heavily wooded for maximum privacy. Backyards are an entertaining oasis with professionally designed and lighted landscaping, custom patios and/or composite decks, paved terraces, ponds, water features, fireplaces or fire pits, built-in bars and grills, and in-ground pools.
The entrance to Rock Ridge Ln is decorated by a landscape bed with stacked stones.
Great Run Ln and Fox Hollow Ln have cul-de-sacs.
In 2021, a cul-de-sac with three sublots was added to the south end of Fox Hollow Ln, which are part of the neighboring development, the Estates of Bath.
Other nearby Bath subdivisions include Bath Reserve and Stone Gate.
This neighborhood is served by the top-ranked Revere Local School District with bussing to St. Hilary’s and the prestigious Old Trail School.
