The Forest at Kings Creek is a community of 18 custom-built luxury homes abutting a nature preserve and around the corner from the Metroparks in Richfield Township, Ohio. This subdivision is located off the south side of Newton Rd, between Oviatt Rd and Broadview Rd. It comprises the residential streets of Kings Ridge Dr and Kingsbury Trl.

These homes were built exclusively by Prestige Homes from 2005 to 2023.

These ranch and two-story homes range from 4,500-10,500+ square feet (including finished basements) with 4-5 bedrooms and 3.5-5.5 bathrooms.

Homes are loaded with premium finishes and elegant details including open floorplans, hardwood flooring, extensive millwork, custom ceilings, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, two-story/vaulted great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows, formal dining rooms with butler’s pantry, formal living rooms and/or private dens with built-ins, in-law/guest suites, and large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets. Large kitchens feature an abundance of quartz or granite countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, top-of-the-line appliances, serving buffet, dinette area, and morning room or hearth room. Owner’s suites include vaulted or tray ceilings, sitting areas, large walk-in closets with built-ins, and spa-like baths with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with media or theater rooms, kitchenettes, bars, wine cellars, and exercise rooms.

Homes have well water and septic tanks.

Lots primarily range from 2.3 to 3.5 acres. There are also a few homes on double lots totaling 5.8 and 6.8 acres.

⚡POWER LINES: For those concerned about health and safety, property values, or visual encumbrance, a row of high voltage (HV) steel lattice tower transmission lines runs along the west end of the subdivision.

The entrance to Kings Ridge Dr is flanked by landscaped beds with mature evergreen trees. The right side is decorated with garden rocks and masonry signage and lantern-topped stacked stone pillars. A row of mature trees lines each side of the street until the first homes.

Kingsbury Trl has two cul-de-sacs with landscaped islands in the center.

There are no curbs or sidewalks.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Forest at Kings Creek are approximately $450 annually.

This neighborhood is served by the top-ranked Revere Local School District.

The main section of Cleveland Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is only a 7 min drive with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. You’re just 8 minutes from Summit Metro Park’s Furnace Run. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 12 min away with 33,000-acres including the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
