This established community has a park-like feel, with mature trees encircling homes so that many are shielded from the street and neighboring homes for added privacy.
The streetscape features a mixture of individually-designed styles where no two facades are alike, including traditional full brick (some have full brick surround!), Tudor, contemporary, and mid-century modern.
Most homes were developed and custom-built by Dan Marchetta Construction from 1975-1988, with the final homes constructed in 1990, 1995 and 2020. Many have since been renovated.
These colonial and ranch homes mainly range from 3,300-8,100+ square feet with 3-7 bedrooms and 3-6.5+ bathrooms.
Homes are exquisitely appointed with amenities like open floorplans, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, hardwood flooring, soaring vaulted and beamed ceilings, extensive millwork, formal living and dining rooms, private dens with built-ins, sunrooms, back staircases, laundry rooms with cabinets, and fireplaced great rooms with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that open to kitchens featuring breakfast bar seating, top-of-the-line appliances, furniture-grade cabinetry, a walk-in pantry, and dinette area. Owner’s retreats include walk-in closets and bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Full finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with theater or media rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Side-entry garages accommodate 3-4 cars.
Homes have well water. This is one of the few neighborhoods in Bath with public sewer (no septic!).
Homesites range from 1.2 to 2.49 acres.
Most lots have partially to heavily wooded backyards, providing lush natural beauty, exceptional privacy, shade, and the calming melodies of songbirds.
Stunning backyards oases feature lush, professionally designed gardens, multi-level patios and/or decks, fireplaces or fire pits, and even in-ground pools.
North Fork Yellow Creek runs along the eastern edge of this development and a tributary along the endge of its north end, offering ravined topography and attracting wildlife. These lots may have associated riparian setbacks, designated wetlands and/or flood hazard areas. View FEMA Flood Map.

The entrance to Robinwood Hills Dr is decorated by a landscape bed with masonry signage.
Hughstowne Dr and Inner Cir have cul-de-sacs.
