About Estates of Bath
The Estates of Bath is a community of roughly 33 custom-built luxury estates in northwestern Bath Township, Ohio, located off the east side of N Medina Line Rd, between Remsen Rd and W Bath Rd, and comprising the streets of Travertine Way, Pebblecreek Dr (excluding house number 1521), and the newly added cul-de-sac at the south end of Fox Hollow Ln.
Fox Hollow Ln is not connected with the main portion of this subdivision. It is accessible from the west side of N Hametown Rd through West Bath Estates.

These homes were constructed by builders including Dwight Yoder Custom Builders, Frank Zumpano, Old World Classics, Payne and Payne, and Sinopoli Brothers Construction from 2007 through to today.
There are an array of facade styles including traditional full-brick, modern farmhouse, and contemporary cottage.
Estates of Bath homes range from 3,300-9,200+ square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 3.5-7 bathrooms.
Inside, homes feature open floorplans, hardwood flooring, mudrooms, laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, two-story foyers with open staircases, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, private dens, sunrooms, two-story/vaulted great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows that open to large kitchens featuring an abundance of granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, top-of-the-line appliances, walk-in pantry, butler’s pantry, and dinette area and/or hearth room. First or second-floor owner’s suites include vaulted or tray ceilings, fireplaces, large walk-in closets, and bathrooms with custom tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commodes. Second floors may have lofts. Finished lower levels (many are coveted walkouts!) are complete with media or theater rooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, bars and exercise rooms. Oversized garages accommodate 3-4 cars.
Homes have well water and septic systems.
