Deer Run Oval is an elegant community of thirteen luxury homes with 3-acre+ lots in Richfield Township, Ohio.

This subdivision encompasses the residential street of Deer Run Oval (excluding 3805 Deer Run Oval), the stub street of Fox Tail Run, and one home at 5145 Alger Rd. It is accessible through the subdivision of Forest Run, located off the west side of Townsend Rd, 0.4 miles south of W Snowville Rd.

These homes were custom-built from 1991-2003 by builders including Tony Paskevich.

Deer Run Oval is located along the Brecksville border in northern Richfield Township, Ohio, off the west side of Townsend Rd, 0.4 miles south of W Snowville Rd.

It is ideally located to highways with only 5 min to I-271, 7 min to I-77, and 9 min to I-80/OH Turnpike.

Luther Farm Market is 7 min away for farm-fresh local produce, all natural freezer meats, and Amish snacks and canned food. During their Fall Fest, every Saturday & Sunday in October, the farm offers family-friendly activities including hayrides, corn and hay mazes, games, a petting farm, delicious food, and their most famous attraction — the Pumpkin Cannon!

Just on the other side of Townsend Rd is Summit Metro Park’s Furnace Run Brushwood Area for hiking, picnicking, cross-country skiing, fishing, ice skating, and sledding. Richfield Heritage Preserve is just 8 min away, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails.  The Cleveland Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is only a 13 min drive with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is roughly 10 min away with 33,000-acres including the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.

Golfers are less than 15 min to Briarwood, Seneca, Hinckley Hills, Sleepy Hollow, Ironwood, and Valleaire Golf Courses. The private St. Bernard Golf Club is an 12 min drive.

Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts are about 14 minutes away for skiing and tubing during winter months.
