As a first time home buyer, I was not quite sure what to expect. After a bad experience with another realtor, I was introduced to Damien through my mortgage broker. I was instantly impressed with his knowledge and willingness to assist me through every aspect of the home buying process. With his assistance, the search seemed much less daunting and we were quickly able to find a home I liked. Negotiations went smoothly as he was more than willing to answer the phone when I had questions. He is a self-proclaimed workaholic and stays true to that statement answering calls even outside of what most realtors would consider normal business hours. I appreciate all the time and effort he put into helping me find my first home. I would recommend Damien to anyone looking to buy a home in North Eastern Ohio.
