South Rim Reserve is a community of thirty homes on 1+ acre lots in Liverpool Township of Valley City, Ohio.


Homes were constructed by builders including Hearth Homes and Mason Builders from 1998-2006.
Homes mainly range from 3,200-4,800 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.
Amenities in South Rim Reserve homes include hardwood flooring, two-story foyers, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, private dens with closets (potential bedroom), formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, great rooms (many are vaulted or two-story) with fireplaces, and kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. Most homesites are cleared and measure around 1 acre. There are also a few larger lots ranging from 1.9 to 3.7 acres. Homes along the north side of S Rim Cir and its cul-de-sac have wooded backyards or abut a neighboring wooded parcel for privacy and lush nature views.

The entrance street of S Rim Cir is off the east side of Columbia Rd, 0.3 miles south of Center Rd (OH-303). The entrance is flanked by landscaped beds with masonry signage walls.
In addition to homes on the S Rim Cir, this development also encompasses three homes on Columbia Rd (house numbers 1551, 1565 & 1577) and most residences on Greenbriar Run (up to house number 1597). Afterwhich, homes on Greenbriar Run belong to the adjoining subdivision, Wolf Run Estates, which also utilizes the S Rim Cir entrance.
Also bordering this community, but not connected, are Whitetail Ridge (to the north) and Hickory Hollow (northeast).
As with most neighborhood streets in Valley City, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
The neighborhood is served by Buckeye Local School District. The school campus is conveniently 6 minutes south.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at South Rim Reserve.

The subdivision of South Rim Reserve is located off Columbia Rd, 0.3 miles south of Center Rd in Liverpool Township of Valley City, Ohio.
Highways are accessible in 15 min to I-71, and 19 min to I-271 and I-80/Turnpike.
For locally made grape and honey-based wines and beer, Jilbert Winery is across the street from the community entrance.
Brunswick is an 8 min drive for conveniences like banking, grocery, drug stores, salons, retail, fast food, and local dining favorites including Cozumel, Larb Thai, Ohio Pie, and Winking Lizard. You are 8 min from the 3-mile crushed limestone Lester Rail Trail, which connects to York Township Community Park with a playground, pond, large pavilion, sledding hill, and an outdoor ice skating area.
Numerous golf courses are accessible in 10 minutes or less, including Cosset Creek, Bunker Hill, Coppertop, Pleasant Valley, and Shale Creek.
