Delwood Run, a tributary stream of the Rocky River West Branch, meanders across the common land and several properties along the western end of the development (dashed blue line on map above).
As with most Valley City neighborhoods, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
Post is delivered to the mailbox kiosk near the entrance to Trillium Ln.
With no connection to another subdivision, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.

The neighborhood is serviced by Buckeye Local School District. The school campus is conveniently 7 minutes south.
To the east is a farmstead and cropland.
