Winding Creek is a community of 19 homes with 2+ acre wooded lots and geothermal heating and cooling systems in Liverpool Township of Valley City, Ohio. This development is located off the east side of Metzger Rd, just north of the terminus of E Law Rd, and encompasses the streets of Clear Spring Ct and Winding Willow Dr.

Homes were constructed by custom builders including Blossom Homes, Gatliff Custom Builders, Gill Design Group, Mason Builders, and R J Perritt Construction from 2007-2019. As of early 2024, there was one undeveloped lot.

Winding Creek’s ranch and two-story homes range from 2,500-5,600 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4 bathrooms.

Homes have public water, septic systems, and a geothermal loop field for heating and cooling (a money-saving, environmentally friendly renewable energy source).

Homesites range from 2.0 to 4.36 acres, nearly all offering wooded backyards for privacy and serene views of nature.

As with most neighborhood streets in Valley City, there are no curbs or sidewalks.

Clear Spring Ct has a permanent cul-de-sac. Winding Willow Dr has a temporary cul-de-sac, which may be extended or completed with future development opportunities.

The neighborhood is served by Buckeye Local School District. The school campus is an 8 min drive.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Winding Creek are approximately $1,256 annually.
