About Lakeview Rural Reservation

Located at the southwest corner of Grafton and W River roads in Valley City Ohio (Liverpool Township), Lakeview Rural Reservation, aka Lakeview Reservation, is an idyllic community offering 2+ acre wooded lots nestled amongst nine private lakes.

With tranquil shimmering lakes, on-site aquatic recreation opportunities, mature trees offering lush privacy and shade, and an abundance of animal visitors, this community is a nature lover’s delight!

Owned by Joseph and Evelyn Popa since 1939, the couple originally used the 50-acre plot of land for farming. The Popas built their home on the property in 1947 (646 W River Rd) and over the years, added nine lakes. In 1996, they subdivided the land into the 13 estate lots known as Lakeview Rural Reservation.

Homesites ranging from 2.1 to 7.74 acres were designed to allow roughly 300 feet between homes.

The development encompasses even house numbers 6924-6976 Grafton Rd and 646-670 W River Rd. Homes are accessible via private drives off Grafton Rd or W River Rd.

The neighborhood is served by Buckeye Local School District. The school campus is conveniently 10 minutes south.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Lakeview Rural Reservation are approximately $50 monthly.
