Boston Lake is a single-street community of 23 homes with wooded 2-acre lots in Liverpool Township of Valley City, Ohio. This subdivision is located off the south side of Boston Rd, immediately south of the terminus of Boone Rd, and comprises the cul-de-sac street of Boston Lake Dr.
Homes were built from 1996-2013.
Homes mainly range from 3,200-9,000 square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 2.5-5.5 bathrooms.

A creek runs through the center of the development and a stream crosses the northeast corner (dashed and solid light blue lines on above map).
The cul-de-sac of Boston Lake Dr is enhanced with a grassy island with evergreen trees.
As with most neighborhood streets in Valley City, there are no curbs or sidewalks along Boston Lake Dr.
It is not connected to any other subdivision, so traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
⚡While the utility lines for this community are all underground, there are wooden pole sub-transmission lines that run north-south along the east end of the community. Due to the heavily wooded backyards, they pose no visual encumbrance.
The neighborhood is served by Buckeye Local School District. The school campus is 12 minutes south.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Boston Lake are approximately $250 annually.

The subdivision of Boston Lake is located off the south side of Boston Rd, between Columbia and Marks Roads in Liverpool Township of Valley City, Ohio.
Highways are accessible in 17 min to I-71, 18 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 23 min to I-271.
