Boston Lakeis a single-street community of 23 homes with wooded 2-acre lots in Liverpool Township, Valley City Ohio. Homes were built from 1996-2013.

Homes mainly range from 3,200-9,000 square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 2.5-5.5 bathrooms.

A creek runs through the center of the development and a stream crosses the northeast corner (dashed and solid light blue lines on above map).

Boston Lake Dr is off Boston Rd between Columbia and Marks roads. The street ends in a cul-de-sac enhanced with a landscaped island. As with most neighborhood streets in Valley City, there are no curbs or sidewalks along Boston Lake Dr.

In addition to the homes on Boston Lake Dr, this subdivision also includes one home on Boston Rd (house number 5862).

It is not connected to any other subdivision, so traffic is limited to residents and their guests.

While the utility lines for this community are all underground, there are wooden pole transmission lines that run north-south along the east end of the community for those with sensitivities. Due to the heavily wooded backyards, they pose no visual encumbrance.

The neighborhood is serviced by Buckeye Local School District. The school campus is 12 minutes south.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Boston Lake are approximately $250 annually.
