The subdivision of Valley Estates is located off Station Rd and Lester Rd, between Station and W Law roads in Liverpool Township, Valley City Ohio.

Highways are accessible in 15 min to I-71, and 20 min to I-271 and I-80/Turnpike.

Brunswick is a 10 min drive for banking, grocery, drug stores, salons, retail, fast food, and local dining favorites including Cozumel, Larb Thai, Ohio Pie, and Winking Lizard.
