Valley Estates is a community of roughly 125 homes on 1+ acre lots located between Station Rd and W Law Rd in Liverpool Township, Valley City Ohio. It comprises the streets of Dunphys Way, Country View Dr, Coyote Run, Deer Crossing, Heavenly View Ln, Masons Way, Old Windmill Trl, and Stagecoach Trl.
Homes were constructed by Mason Builders between 1999-2023.
Homes mainly range from 2,200-3,800 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.
Amenities in Valley Estates homes include hardwood flooring, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, private dens, and formal dining rooms with tray ceilings. Great rooms (many are vaulted or two-story) with fireplaces are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. Finished lower levels (many are coveted walkouts!) offer even more living space with media rooms, bars, billiard areas, and exercise rooms. Attached side-entry garages accommodate 2-4 cars.
Homes have public water and sewer.
Backyards feature stamped patios and/or composite decks, fire pits, and covered living areas.
Cleared, lightly treed, or wooded homesites range from 1.0 to 2.62 acres.

The two entrances to Valley Estates, Dunphys Way off Station Rd and Country View Dr off Lester Rd, are flanked by masonry signage walls.
Several streets currently end in a stub or temporary cul-de-sac to allow for future development opportunities.
As with most neighborhood streets in Valley City, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
This subdivision is served by Buckeye Local School District. The school campus is conveniently 8 minutes south.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Valley Estates!

The subdivision of Valley Estates is located off Station Rd and Lester Rd, between Station and W Law roads in Liverpool Township, Valley City Ohio.
Highways are accessible in 15 min to I-71, and 20 min to I-271 and I-80/Turnpike.
Brunswick is a 10 min drive for banking, grocery, drug stores, salons, retail, fast food, and local dining favorites including Cozumel, Larb Thai, Ohio Pie, and Winking Lizard. Medina’s historic square and its commercial district with restaurants, grocery, drug stores, banking, and shops including Target, Walmart, Staples, Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, Kohl’s, and Marshalls is 17 min away.
SouthPark Mall in Strongsville and Summit Mall in Fairlawn are 22 and 36 min, respectively.
Mill Stream Park is just a 4 min drive with a play structure, basketball court, pavilion, and a paved .7-mile all-purpose trail encircling the park’s meadow. You are 10 min from the 3-mile crushed limestone Lester Rail Trail, which connects to York Township Community Park with a playground, pond, large pavilion, sledding hill, and an outdoor ice skating area.
Numerous golf courses are accessible in 10 minutes or less, including Cosset Creek, Bunker Hill, Coppertop, Pleasant Valley, and Shale Creek.
