Spring Glen is a community of roughly 62 homes on 1-acre lots in Liverpool Township, Valley City Ohio. Homes were constructed by builders including Gaul Construction & Design, Powermark Homes, and T&D Builders from 1997-2007. Many homes have since been updated or renovated.
The ranch and two-story homes in Spring Glen mainly range from 2,400-6,000 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.
Amenities include hardwood flooring, two-story foyers, laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms and/or private dens, great rooms (some are vaulted or two-story) with fireplaces, and kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island, breakfast bar seating, pantry, and dinette area. Spacious first-floor owner’s suites include walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, and dual sinks/vanities. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) offer even more living space with media rooms, bars, billiard areas, and exercise rooms. Attached side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars. A number of homes also have detached garages or outbuildings.
Homes have public water and sewer.
Backyards feature stamped patios and/or composite decks, fire pits, and covered living areas.
Cleared or partially wooded homesites range from 1.0 to 1.6 acres.
There is a stream flowing along the north end and a creek that crosses the community from the southwest to the northeast (undulating solid and dashed light blue lines on above map).
The entrance street of Spring Glen Dr is accessible from either Columbia Rd or Lester Rd.
In addition to Spring Glen Dr, this development also encompasses the cul-de-sac street of Autumn Creek Path and four homes on Columbia Rd (house numbers 2332, 2346, 2360 & 2372).
As with most neighborhood streets in Valley City, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
All mailboxes are of similar color and design, bringing consistency to the streetscape.
The neighborhood is serviced by Buckeye Local School District. The school campus is conveniently 4 minutes south.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Spring Glen.

The subdivision of Spring Glen is located off Columbia and Lester roads, just north of Neff Rd in Liverpool Township, Valley City Ohio.
Highways are accessible in 15 min to I-71, and 19 min to I-271 and I-80/Turnpike.
For locally made grape and honey-based wines and beer, Jilbert Winery is 3 min north.
Brunswick is a 10 min drive for conveniences like banking, grocery, drug stores, salons, dining, and retail. You are 6 min from the 3-mile crushed limestone Lester Rail Trail, which connects to York Township Community Park with a playground, pond, large pavilion, sledding hill, and an outdoor ice skating area.
Numerous golf courses are accessible in 12 minutes or less, including Cosset Creek, Bunker Hill, Coppertop, Pleasant Valley, and Shale Creek.
