About Wolf Run in Valley City
Wolf Run is a community of 23 homes on 1+ acre lots in Liverpool Township, Valley City Ohio. Homes were constructed exclusively by Drees Homes between 2021-2022.
Drees Homes offered several ranch and two-story production plans from which to personalize.
Homes in Wolf Run range from 2,400-5,500 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.
Front elevations feature full brick/stone or a combination of brick/stone and vinyl shake finishes.
Amenities include front porches, hardwood flooring, laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, garage entryway cubbies/benches, private dens, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, flex rooms, open-concept great rooms (many are vaulted or two-story) with fireplaces and kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. Spacious owner’s suites include vaulted or tray ceilings, walk-in closets, en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commodes. Optional finished lower levels (a few are coveted walkouts!) offer even more living space with media rooms, bars, billiard areas, and exercise rooms. Attached front-entry garages accommodate 2-4 cars (some parking spots are tandem).
Homes have public water and sewer.


Backyards feature stamped patios and/or composite decks, fire pits, and covered living areas.
Most homesites measure between 1.0 and 1.4 acres. There are also a few larger lots ranging from 1.95 to 3.24 acres.
Most lots are cleared. The development’s south end offers wooded backyards for privacy and lush nature views.
Two homesites have private ponds.
An offshoot of Cossett Creek crosses the southern end of the development. Delwood Run, a tributary stream of the Rocky River West Branch, flows northwest across three properties on Honey Badger Ln (dashed blue lines on above map).
Wolf Run is accessible through the adjoining subdivision of South Rim Reserve. The entrance on S Rim Cir is located off the east side of Columbia Rd, just south of Center Rd (OH-303). The entrance is flanked by landscaped beds with masonry signage.
This development encompasses Beaver Creek Pkwy, Honey Badger Ln, and a few homes on Greenbriar Run (house numbers 1598 to 1626). Homes along the northern portion of Greenbriar Run belong to the aforementioned South Rim Reserve.
Beaver Creek Pkwy currently terminates in a stub with a temporary “T” turnaround, which will be removed with future development opportunities.
As with most neighborhood streets in Valley City, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
The neighborhood is serviced by Buckeye Local School District. The school campus is conveniently 6 minutes south.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Wolf Run.
Other nearby developments include Hickory Hollow and the cluster home community of Whitetail Ridge.

Convenient Location
The subdivision of Wolf Run is located off Columbia Rd, 0.3 miles south of Center Rd in Liverpool Township, Valley City Ohio.
Highways are accessible in 15 min to I-71, and 19 min to I-271 and I-80/Turnpike.
Jilbert Winery is across the street from the community entrance for locally made grape and honey-based wines and beer.
Brunswick is an 8 min drive for conveniences like banking, grocery, drug stores, salons, retail, fast food, and local dining favorites including Cozumel, Larb Thai, Ohio Pie, and Winking Lizard. SouthPark Mall in Strongsville and Summit Mall in Fairlawn are 21 and 34 min, respectively.
Mill Stream Park, just a 3 min drive, has a play structure, basketball court, pavilion, and a paved .7-mile all-purpose trail encircling the park’s meadow. You are 8 min from the 3-mile crushed limestone Lester Rail Trail, which connects to York Township Community Park with a playground, pond, large pavilion, sledding hill, and an outdoor ice skating area.
Numerous golf courses are accessible in 10 minutes or less, including Cosset Creek, Bunker Hill, Coppertop, Pleasant Valley, and Shale Creek.
If you are looking for private club membership, it’s 9 min to Columbia Hills, 18 min to Weymouth Country Club, 19 min to Medina Country Club, and 24 min to Fox Meadow Country Club.
