Olde Orchard (also called Olde Orchard Estates) in the Village of Richfield Ohio includes 17 homes upon two cul-de-sac streets. One cul-de-sac features custom-built luxury estates up to 12,000+ square feet; the other includes semi-custom homes up to 6,000 square feet.

The Olde Orchard subdivision(also called Olde Orchard Estates) is located in the northwest section of the Village of Richfield Ohio, north of Brush Rd, between Alger and Townsend roads.
It is ideally located to highways with only 7 min to I-77 and I-80/OH Turnpike, 10 min to I-271, and 17 min to I-71.
Luther Farm Market is just north on Alger Rd for farm-fresh local produce, all natural freezer meats, and Amish snacks and canned food. During their Fall Fest, every Saturday & Sunday in October, the farm offers family-friendly activities including hayrides, corn and hay mazes, games, a petting farm, delicious food, and their most famous attraction — the Pumpkin Cannon!
Richfield Heritage Preserve is less than 5 min away, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails. You are 5 minutes from Summit Metro Park’s Furnace Run.
