Kings Forest is a community of 35 custom-built luxury homes surrounded by lush parkland in Richfield Township, Ohio. This subdivision is located 1.1 miles north of Route 303/Streetsboro Rd off the west side of Broadview Rd, and comprises the residential streets of Forest Brooke Ct N, Forest Brooke Ct S, Kings Forest Blvd, and one home at 4612 Broadview Rd.


Homes were built exclusively by Prestige Homes primarily between 2001-2006, with the final homes constructed in 2013, 2016, 2017, and 2021.
These homes include ranch and two-story floorplans ranging from 4,100-9,800+ square feet (including finished basements) with 3-6 bedrooms and 3.5-5.5 bathrooms.

A narrow wooded parcel owned by the park also borders the northern part of the development.

The elegant entrance to Kings Forest Blvd is flanked by landscaped beds with stately curved stacked stone walls and mature pines. In the center of the street is a landscaped island with stacked stone signage and pine trees. White three-rail ranch-style fencing and a backdrop of mature trees line the main road, offering privacy to homes at the front of the community.

Forest Brooke Ct N and Forest Brooke Ct S have cul-de-sacs.
With only one entrance and no connection to another community, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
This neighborhood is served by the top-ranked Revere Local School District.

The subdivision of Kings Park is located near the Hinckley border in Richfield Township, Ohio (Summit County), off the west side of Broadview Rd, 1.1 miles north of Route 303/Streetsboro Rd.
This development is ideally located to highways with only 7 min to I-77, 8 min to I-271, 9 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 15 min to I-71.
In addition to the park bordering this development, you are just 7 minutes from Summit Metro Park’s Furnace Run. The main section of The Cleveland Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is only an 8 min drive with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 10 min away with 33,000-acres including the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
