About Deer Creek Reserve in Richfield
Deer Creek Reserve is a community of custom-built homes in the northwest portion of the Village of Richfield, Ohio with wooded backyards, scenic sloping terrain, and extensive forested nature preserve land.
This subdivision is located off Brush and Townsend Roads, and comprises the streets of Cascade Oaks Trl, Deer Creek Cir, Deer Creek Trl, Deer Path Trl, Fawn Chase, Red Doe Cir, Regency Woods Trl, Whitetail Ct, and 7 Oaks Trl (also written as Seven Oaks Trl), as well as 3939 Brush Rd.

Homes were constructed by custom builders including Bishop Homes of Richfield, Conoly Home Builders, Dutchland Construction, and Prestige Homes between 1998-2007. Many have since been updated.
With finished basements, homes range from 3,900-6,600+ square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3.5-5 bathrooms. Facades are traditionally styled as full or partial brick or stone.
Inside, you’ll find desirable features including open floorplans, hardwood flooring, extensive millwork, custom ceilings, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, two-story/vaulted great rooms with fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling windows, formal dining rooms with butler’s pantry, formal living rooms and/or private dens with built-ins, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, and even in-law/guest suites. Large kitchens feature an abundance of quartz or granite countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, top-of-the-line appliances, serving buffet, dinette area, and morning room or hearth room. First or second-floor owner’s suites include vaulted or tray ceilings, sitting areas, large walk-in closets with built-ins, and spa-like baths with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with media or theater rooms, kitchenettes, bars, wine cellars, and exercise rooms. Oversized side-entry garages accommodate 3-4 cars.
Residences are serviced by municipal sewer and water.
Backyards are primed for outdoor living with custom patios and/or composite decks, covered or screened porches, verandas, water features, fire pits or fireplaces, and even in-ground pools.
Homesites range from 0.57 to 1.34 acres. Nearly every lot boasts a heavily wooded backyard, offering the ultimate in privacy, lush natural beauty, shade, and soothing songbird melodies. Some homes also have treed front and/or side yards, further enhancing seclusion.
Each home abuts a section of forested HOA-owned nature preserve land (yellow sections on above map), providing natural privacy and arbored views. Phase 3 of the development (from Brush Rd up to and including Cascade Oaks Trl) is surrounded by 47.6 acres of conservation easement protected by Ohio Stream Preservation.
Directly east of Regency Woods Trl are several parcels owned by Summit Metro Parks.
Several tributary streams of Furnace Run intersect this development, offering scenic sloping or ravined topography. View FEMA Flood Map.

In the center of the street is a landscaped island housing signage. The second entrance on Deer Path Trl from Brush Rd has a landscaped bed with signage on the left.
