About Bath Reserve Real Estate
Bath Reserve (aka Reserve of Bath) is a prestigious community of 36 custom-built luxury estates in northwestern Bath Township, Ohio.
This subdivision is located off the north side of W Bath Rd between N Hametown Rd and N Medina Line Rd. It comprises the residential streets of N Ridge Dr, Reserve Dr, Stillwood Spur, and one home on Willow Ln (house number 1440).
These homes were constructed in four phases. The final phase (4653-4733 N Ridge Dr and 1440 Willow Ln) is sometimes referred to as Bath Reserve Estates.
Homes were built from 1988-2005, with the final home constructed in 2014. Builders include Boggs and Ken Payne Builders.
The streetscape showcases Colonial Revival/Neo-Colonial, Contemporary, French Country, Georgian, Transitional and Tudor architecture with facades predominantly constructed of full brick or stone. Some homes boast a full brick surround.
With finished basements, Bath Reserve homes range from 3,200-6,800 above-grade square feet with 4-6 bedrooms and 4.5-6 bathrooms. Including finished basements, these homes can total 9,000 square feet.
Homes are exquisitely appointed with the highest quality craftsmanship and premium finishes throughout including hardwood flooring, travertine and marble tile flooring, heated floors, zoned HVAC, multiple fireplaces, huge windows, soaring custom ceilings, and extensive millwork.

As with most Bath developments, streets do not have curbs or sidewalks.
N Ridge Dr, Reserve Dr and Stillwood Spur all have permanent cul-de-sacs.
To the north, Willow Ln adjoins Stone Gate subdivision.
This neighborhood is served by the top-ranked Revere Local School District.

Bath Reserve subdivision is in northwestern Bath, Ohio, along the border of Medina, located off the north side of W Bath Rd, between N Hametown and N Medina Line Roads.
Highways are accessible in 8 min to I-77, 13 min to I-71 and I-271, and 18 min to I-80/Turnpike.

Bath Nature Preserve is 9 min south with hiking and equestrian trails, two ponds for catch-and-release fishing, sled riding, and cross-country skiing. Eastwood Preserve is also a 10-min drive, offering 28 acres with an educational facility, hiking trails, a fishing lake, and a community garden. Eleven min away is the 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad. Richfield Heritage Preserve is 12 min away, offering 336 wooded acres with hiking trails that include a portion of the Buckeye Trail, winding streams, two lakes for fishing and non-motorized watersports, and a horse barn with five miles of bridle trails.
Golfers are 14 min to Hinckley Hills and Ironwood, 19 min to Briarwood and Bunker Hill, 20 min to Seneca, and 21 min to Sleepy Hollow. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, you’re just 9 min to St. Bernard Golf Club.
Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts are a ~22-min drive for skiing and tubing during the winter months.
