Bridlewood Estates is a single-street community of 15 homes with wooded 2-acre lots in Liverpool Township of Valley City, Ohio. The subdivision encompasses the cul-de-sac street of Bridlewood Ln, which is located off the northwest side of W River Rd, 0.6 miles north of Grafton Rd.
Homes were built from 2001-2018. There are also two houses constructed in 1947 and 1974 before the property was subdivided.
Homes mainly range from 3,600-6,200 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.
Inside, Bridlewood Estates homes include hardwood flooring, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, two-story foyers, private dens, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, open-concept great rooms (many are vaulted or two-story) with fireplaces, and kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. Spacious owner’s suites include vaulted or tray ceilings, walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with soaking tubs and/or custom tiled walk-in showers, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commodes. Optional finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) offer even more living space with media rooms, bars, billiard areas, and exercise rooms. Attached side-entry garages accommodate 2-4 cars.
Homes have public water and septic systems.
Backyards feature stamped patios and/or composite decks, fire pits, and covered living areas.
Partially to fully wooded homesites mainly range from 2.0 to 2.27 acres. There are also two larger lots measuring 3.13 and 5.14 acres.
Most homes are completely enveloped by mature trees, offering the ultimate in seclusion and serene nature views.
A tributary stream of the West Branch Rocky River (dashed light blue line on above map) runs through the rear properties along the west side of the development, offering ravined topography. View flood information.
As with most neighborhood streets in Valley City, there are no curbs or sidewalks along Bridlewood Ln.
It is not connected to any other subdivision, so traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
The neighborhood is serviced by Buckeye Local School District. The school campus is conveniently 10 minutes south.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Bridlewood Estates.

The subdivision of Bridlewood Estates is located off the northwest side of W River Rd, between Crocker and Grafton Roads in Liverpool Township of Valley City, Ohio.
Highways are accessible in 19 min to I-71, 22 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 24 min to I-271.
Brunswick is an 11 min drive for conveniences like banking, grocery, drug stores, salons, retail, fast food, and local dining favorites including Cozumel, Larb Thai, Ohio Pie, and Winking Lizard. You are 13 min from the 3-mile crushed limestone Lester Rail Trail, which connects to York Township Community Park with a playground, pond, large pavilion, sledding hill, and an outdoor ice skating area.
Golfers have several courses within 15 minutes or less, including Bunker Hill, Coppertop, Cosset Creek, Hickory Nut, and Shale Creek.
