Attached side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars. Numerous homes also have outbuildings with additional parking.

Most homes have long driveways with homes set back from the street at least 250 feet.

Backyards feature stamped patios and/or composite decks, fireplaces or fire pits, and covered living areas.

Rectangular-shaped lots measure approximately 150′ wide and range from 2.0 to 6.24 acres.

Homesites around the cul-de-sac are partially to fully wooded for optimal privacy and serene views of nature; other lots are cleared or lightly treed.

Roughly seven homes have private ponds.

Two small tributary streams of Cossett Creek meander across properties on the north side of Winter Brook Dr (dashed light blue lines on above-illustrated map).

Winter Brook Dr ends in a permanent cul-de-sac.

As with most neighborhood streets in Valley City, there are no curbs or sidewalks.

Winter Brook is not connected to any other subdivision, limited traffic to residents and their guests.

The neighborhood is serviced by Buckeye Local School District. The school campus is a 9 min drive.
