This subdivision comprises Winter Brook Dr, located off the west side of Marks Rd, 0.6 miles south of Center Rd.


Homes were constructed from 1999-2009.

Attached side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars. Numerous homes also have outbuildings with additional parking.

Two small tributary streams of Cossett Creek meander across properties on the north side of Winter Brook Dr (dashed light blue lines on above-illustrated map).
Winter Brook Dr ends in a permanent cul-de-sac.
As with most neighborhood streets in Valley City, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
Winter Brook is not connected to any other subdivision, limited traffic to residents and their guests.
The neighborhood is serviced by Buckeye Local School District. The school campus is a 9 min drive.
