Whitetail Ridge is a community of 13 homes on a private double cul-de-sac street surrounded by greenspace in Liverpool Township of Valley City, Ohio.


Homes were constructed exclusively by Drees Homes from 2020-2022.
Drees Homes offered 8 ranch and two-story plans from which to personalize.
Whitetail Ridge homes range from 2,000-3,900 square feet (excluding finished basements) with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms.
First-floor amenities and principal rooms include LVP flooring, garage entryway cubbies/benches, private dens, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, flex rooms, open-concept great rooms (many are vaulted or two-story) with fireplaces, and kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, and dinette area.
Spacious owner’s suites (most are second-floor) include vaulted or tray ceilings, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commode.
Laundry rooms may be located on the first or second level.
Finished lower levels can offer even more living space with media rooms, bars, billiard areas, and exercise rooms.
Attached front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Homes are serviced with public water and sewer.
Backyards feature stamped patios and/or composite decks, fire pits, and covered living areas.
Lots range from 0.41 to 0.80 acres.
All but three homes have wooded backyards for privacy and timbered views.
Most homes abut the 6.97 acres of HOA-owned greenspace (yellow area within blue boundary on above-illustrated map) offering treed, meadow or pond views. Yellow parcels outside the blue border are common land of the neighboring community.
Delwood Run, a tributary stream of the West Branch Rocky River (dashed blue line on above map), flows across the east end of the development. However, there are no designated flood hazards. View FEMA Flood Map.
The entrance to Deer Hollow Dr is ornamented by a landscaped bed with community signage.
A treeline extends along the front of the community, offering privacy from the main road.
As with most neighborhood streets in Valley City, there are no curbs or sidewalks along Deer Hollow Dr.
It is not connected to any other subdivision, so traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
The neighborhood is serviced by Buckeye Local School District. The school campus is conveniently 5 min south.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Whitetail Ridge are approximately $1,200 annually.
Bordering the community to the east is Hickory Hollow, and to the southeast is South Rim Reserve.
