Quail Ridge is a newer community of 22 homes surrounded by greenspace in Liverpool Township, Valley City Ohio. Homes were constructed by Drees Homes from 2019-2021.

Drees Homes offered eight ranch and two-story production plans from which to personalize.

Front elevations feature full brick/stone or a combination of brick/stone and vinyl shake finishes.

Homes range from 2,200-3,700 square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 2.5-4 bathrooms.

Amenities in Quail Ridge homes include front porches, hardwood flooring, laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, garage entryway cubbies/benches, private dens, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, flex rooms, open-concept great rooms (many are vaulted or two-story) with fireplaces, and kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. Spacious owner’s suites include vaulted or tray ceilings, walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with soaking tubs and/or custom tiled walk-in showers, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commodes. Optional finished lower levels offer even more living space with media rooms, bars, billiard areas, and exercise rooms. Attached front-entry insulated garages accommodate 2-3 cars.

Homes have public water and sewer.

Backyards feature stamped patios and/or composite decks, fire pits, and covered living areas.

Homesites range from .43 to .80 acres, nearly all of which are cleared. All but two homes back to the HOA-owned greenspace totaling 10.16 acres (yellow area on above map) offering treed or meadow views. Treed sections include the community’s perimeter along the main roads, offering privacy.

The entrance street of Quail Ridge Dr is off the north side of Center Rd, just east of Columbia Rd. The entrance is flanked by landscaped beds with community signage and stacked stone retaining walls.

In addition to Quail Ridge Dr, this development also encompasses Horizon Dr. Both streets have cul-de-sacs. As with most neighborhood streets in Valley City, there are no curbs or sidewalks.

It is not connected to any other subdivision, so traffic is limited to residents and their guests.

Residences are served by Buckeye Local School District. The school campus is conveniently 6 minutes south.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Quail Ridge are approximately $460 annually.

The subdivision of Quail Ridge is located at the northeast corner of Center Rd (S.R. 303) and Columbia Rd (S.R. 252) in Liverpool Township, Valley City Ohio.

Highways are accessible in 15 min to I-71, and 19 min to I-271 and I-80/Turnpike.

For locally made grape and honey-based wines and beer, Jilbert Winery is just a half-mile south.

Brunswick is an 8 min drive for conveniences like banking, grocery, drug stores, salons, retail, fast food, and local dining favorites including Cozumel, Larb Thai, Ohio Pie, and Winking Lizard. Medina’s historic square and its commercial district with restaurants, grocery, drug stores, banking, and shops including Target, Walmart, Staples, Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, Kohl’s, and Marshalls is a 14 min away.

SouthPark Mall in Strongsville and Summit Mall in Fairlawn are 21 and 34 min, respectively.

Mill Stream Park, just a 3 min drive, has a play structure, basketball court, pavilion, and a paved .7-mile all-purpose trail encircling the park’s meadow. You are 8 min from the 3-mile crushed limestone Lester Rail Trail, which connects to York Township Community Park with a playground, pond, large pavilion, sledding hill, and an outdoor ice skating area.

Numerous golf courses are accessible in 10 minutes or less, including Cosset Creek, Bunker Hill, Coppertop, Pleasant Valley, and Shale Creek.
