About Arbor Cliff in Rocky River
Located off Lake Road in Rocky River Ohio’s coveted Beachcliff II neighborhood, Arbor Cliff‘s single-standing cluster homes offer limited-maintenance living, a secluded wooded setting, private beach priviledges, and a short walk to a beachfront park. First or second-floor owner’s suites feature vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks/vanities, soaking/jetted tubs and/or walk-in showers. Homes have full basements with bars and additional living areas. Each home has its own driveway and attached garage that accommodates 2 cars.
Homesites are sized from 0.19 to 0.32 acres (average lot measures 0.26 acres).
Homes are enveloped by the natural beauty of mature trees, attracting songbirds and offering privacy, shade, and significantly cooler entertaining on your deck and/or patio during hot summer days.
This community encompasses homes along Arbor Cliff Ln. The entrance is off the south side of Lake Rd, 0.7 miles west of Wager Rd. On the left side of the entrance is a lantern-topped stone column designating the private drive. As such, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
Arbor Cliff Ln has curbs, an overflow parking pad for visiting cars, and a landscaped cul-de-sac. As with most cluster home communities, there are no sidewalks, but Lake Rd has sidewalks on both side of the street.
NOTE: Directly southwest is Rocky River’s Wastewater Treatment Plant (purple area on above map), which can sometimes be odorous.
This neighborhood is served by the top-rated Rocky River City School District.
Arbor Cliff residences are within Beachcliff II neighborhood, part of the Beachcliff Trust Association — additional dues of roughly $80 annually — granting privileges to the private beaches of Parklawn (≤8 min walk) and Wagar (15 min walk)!
Monthly Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Arbor Cliff include snow removal, mulching, lawn care, and irrigation system service twice a year.

Elmwood Park is a 15 min walk with baseball fields, a playground, and a pavilion. Reese Park, walkable within 20 min, offers a playground, basketball and tennis/pickleball courts, and a baseball field.
Walk to the private Parklawn and Wagar beaches in 8 min and 15 min respectively.
The Metroparks’ Rocky River Reservation is only an 8 min drive, offering 2,520 acres with picnic areas, play areas, sledding hills, ball fields, nature trails, paved trails, nature center, stables and bridle trails, a marina, fishing areas, boat rentals, waterfalls and lagoons, and three golf courses.
It’s only an 8-min drive to City Hall Park with indoor facilities including Hamilton Ice Arena, a three-lap indoor track, basketball courts, fitness studios, a full fitness center, and an indoor aquatic facility with a lap area, lazy river, zero-entry splash zone; as well as outdoor areas including a playground, picnic facilities, and an outdoor pool complex.
