Harbor Village townhouses feature facades styled as French Tudor with brick extending around all sides, covered front entryways with extended porches, hardwood or LVP flooring, kitchens with granite or quartz countertops and downdraft ranges, dining areas/ rooms, and great rooms with fireplaces and slider to private deck or patio. Second floor owner’s suites have vaulted or cathedral ceilings, fireplaces, dual sliding glass doors to private balcony decks, sitting areas or rooms, walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks & vanities, soaking tubs and/or walk-in showers, and enclosed commodes. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts to patios!) are complete with living rooms with wet bars, bathrooms, storage, and laundry area. Garages accommodate 2 cars; driveways have parking for 2 cars.
Each townhouse has only one adjoining wall.
The entrance to this community is located off the north side of Lake Rd, between Clague Rd and Wager Rd. It is elegantly flanked by landscape beds bordered by garden rocks and blonde brick walls and pillars topped with spherical capping stones.
A private drive runs between the east and west sections of the community. At the end of the drive is a gazebo with seating and steps down to a private beach on the shores of Lake Erie.
Directly west is the eight-story Beach House Condominium building. Bordering the east side of these townhouses is Bradstreet’s Landing beachfront park (read more about the park in section below).
This neighborhood is served by the top-rated Rocky River City School District.
Association fees at Harbor Village are approximately $345 monthly, which include snow removal and grounds maintenance.

Convenient Location
Harbor Village is located along the Lake Erie shore of western Rocky River Ohio, 0.7 miles east of Clague Rd.
I-90 is accessible in just 4 min.
Pier Beverage & Deli is conveniently located directly east of the entrance for everyday essentials.
Surrounding recreational opportunities are abundant! The 5.56-acre park directly east, Bradstreet’s Landing, recently underwent a 600-foot pier renovation. Phase 2 of construction to begin in 2023 will include improvements to the approximately 425-feet long sand beach as well as an all-new parking lot and driveway, a 115’ long waterfront boardwalk and pedestrian bridge over Spencer Creek, a glass pavilion, greenspace, and approximately 90 feet of curved masonry seating steps for enjoying water views.
You’re also in walking distance from two other parks: Reese Park is a 15 min walk southwest and offers a playground, basketball and tennis/pickleball courts, and a baseball field; Elmwood Park is a 20 min walk southeast, which has baseball field, a playground and pavilion.
The Metroparks’ Rocky River Reservation is only a 6 min drive, offering 2,520 acres with picnic areas, play areas, sledding hills, ball fields, nature trails, paved trails, nature center, stables and bridle trails, a marina, fishing areas, boat rentals, waterfalls and lagoons, and three golf courses.
Clague Park is 2 miles away, which hosts Westlake’s 4th of July fireworks display, has ball fields/courts, picnic pavilions, walking trails, and a duck pond. Also located in the park is the new Westlake Aquatic Center with five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area.
Downtown Rocky River is 5 min away with over 50 boutique retail stores and award-winning restaurants.
You are 11 min from the 75-acre, open-air collection of restaurants, retail and entertainment at Crocker Park — the best shopping on the west side of Cleveland — including Apple, Nordstrom Rack, Trader Joe’s, World Market, Bed Bath & Beyond, Athleta, Chico’s, GAP, J. Crew, and tons of dining options.

Boaters will feel right at home at The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation.
