Condos are arranged in buildings of two units, so they share only one adjoining wall.
Facades are styled as French Tudor with blonde brick, stucco, half-timbering, and covered front porches.
Side and rear elevations are constructed of full brick.
First-floors feature hardwood or LVP flooring, private dens/flex rooms, kitchens with dinette areas, and fireplaced great rooms with dining areas and sliders to private deck or patio.
Deluxe second-floor owner’s suites boast vaulted or cathedral ceilings, a fireplace, a sitting area/room, dual sliding glass doors to a private balcony deck, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks & vanities, a soaking tubs and/or walk-in shower, and enclosed commode.
Laundry rooms may be on the main or lower level.
Third levels (some units) may have a bonus room or bedroom.
Finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts to patios!) are complete with living areas, wet bars, and bathrooms.
Garages accommodate 2 cars. Driveways also have parking space for 2 cars.

The entrance to this private drive is elegantly flanked by landscape beds and blonde brick walls with pillars topped by spherical capping stones.
At the end of the drive is a gazebo with seating and steps down to a private beach on the shores of Lake Erie.
Directly west is the eight-story Beach House Condominium building.

Harbor Village is located along the Lake Erie shore in western Rocky River, Ohio, off the north side of Lake Rd, 0.7 miles east of Clague Rd.
I-90 is accessible in just 4 min.
Pier Beverage & Deli is conveniently located directly east of the entrance for everyday essentials.
Surrounding recreational opportunities are abundant! Directly east is Bradstreet’s Landing, a 5.56-acre park with a 425-foot-long sandy beach, a launch area for kayaks and stand-up paddleboards, a 600-foot pier, and approximately 90 feet of curved masonry seating steps for enjoying water views.
You’re also in walking distance from two other parks: Reese Park is a 15 min walk southwest and offers a playground, basketball and tennis/pickleball courts, and a baseball field; Elmwood Park is a 20 min walk southeast, which has baseball field, a playground and pavilion.
The Metroparks’ Rocky River Reservation is only a 6 min drive, offering 2,520 acres with picnic areas, play areas, sledding hills, ball fields, nature trails, paved trails, nature center, stables and bridle trails, a marina, fishing areas, boat rentals, waterfalls and lagoons, and three golf courses.
